During this vibrant summer season, the company carefully planned a unique team-building event aimed at strengthening team cohesion through collective activities, while also allowing employees to relax and enjoy nature's gifts after their busy workdays.
In July 2024, despite the scorching summer heat, the enthusiasm of all employees at Hubei Thinkwell New Materials Co., Ltd. remained undiminished. During this vibrant summer season, the company carefully planned a unique team-building event designed to strengthen team cohesion through collective activities, while also allowing employees to relax and enjoy nature’s gifts after their busy workdays.
After multiple rounds of discussions and on-site inspections, we’ve finally selected the picturesque and pleasantly climatized Banhe Grand Canyon as the destination for this team-building event. Renowned for its dramatic topography, crystal-clear streams, and lush primeval forests, the Banhe Grand Canyon is an ideal spot for outdoor adventures and leisure getaways. Several weeks in advance, the company coordinated with local tourism agencies to develop a detailed activity plan that includes a variety of engaging elements, such as hiking through the canyon, team-building exercises, and an evening of outdoor barbecues. This ensures that every employee can find their own unique enjoyment and take away meaningful experiences from the event.
Early that morning, just as the sky began to lighten in the east and a faint mist had yet to fully dissipate, all members had already gathered, full of energy and enthusiasm. Dressed in lightweight outdoor gear and carrying bulging backpacks, they wore expressions brimming with excitement and anticipation. Everyone boarded the bus in an orderly fashion, and the interior soon came alive with chatter and laughter. Some were excitedly discussing the adventure destination ahead, others were sharing the snacks they’d brought along, and still others kept glancing out the window, imagining the marvelous journey that lay ahead.
